Dorothy Lawrenson

Dorothy Lawrenson is a poet who writes in both English and Scots. Her debut poetry collection, Given to the River, is published by Drunk Muse Press. Her work has been widely published in magazines and anthologies. She was the winner of the Wigtown Scots Prize in 2019 and a winner of the Scots Language Society’s Sangschaw competition in 2020.
